The Subject Of This Proceeding Is The Implementation Of Construction And Renovation Works Of Historic Buildings And Adaptation Of The Entire Homeside Complex No. 13 In Swełów In Order To Improve The Behavior Of Historic Buildings And To Give Them New Functions To Social, Cultural, Tourist And Economic Purposes. 2. The Historic Substance Of The Homestead Complex No. 13 In Swał Includes: 1) Residential House (Cottage); 2) Gate Building; 3) Barn; 4) Building For Workers (Bread House); 5) Armatitis (Livestock); 6) Shed/Garage. 3. The Historic Substance Of Farm No. 13 Is Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, By Pwkz Decision Of 9.11. 2022 At The A-2001 Register Number. These Buildings Are In The Half-Timbered And Brick Brick Construction. The Quarters Of The Half -Timbered Structure Are Filled With Clay, Plastered And Painted From The Outside White, The Roof Is Covered With Cement Tiles. Zagroda No. 13 Is One Of The Most Magnificent Four -Sided Farms In Swełów. To This Day, All Buildings Have Survived, Presenting The Typical Rural Architecture Of The Central Pomeranian Region.
