1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Expansion Of The Visual Monitoring System Of The City Of Poznań (Hereinafter Referred To As Smwmp) In The Area Of The Ławica Housing Estate, In Particular Along Brzechwy Street On The Section From Ul. Szeherezady To Ul. Makuszyńskiego And At The Intersection Of Ul. Makuszyńskiego With Ul. Dragon Wawelskiego And Ul. Modrzejewska With Ul. Waldorff. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Development Of Project Documentation (Construction And Executive Project) For The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, Its Agreement And Obtaining Relevant Permits For Its Implementation, Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template; B) Construction Based On The Developed And Agreed Project Of Transmission And Supplying Cameras And Construction Of The Necessary Sections Of Cable Sewage System In The Locations Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program; C) Foundation Of The Masts For Cameras; D) Delivery, Assembly, Startup, Configuration And Calibration Of Cameras And Other Devices Of The Video Monitoring System, Including Radioline Devices, Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract; E) Programming Of All Equipment Existing Smwmp; F) Execution Of As-Built Measurements And As-Built Documentation. 2) The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum Of 36-Month Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz, In Particular In Annex 1 To The Contract-Functional And Utilitarian Program.
