The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Thermomodernization And Renovation In A Multi -Family Residential Building At Ul. Więckowskiego 21 Remaining In The Resource Of The Wrocław Commune. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Parties Obligations Are Determined By Design Documentation, Including: Design Documentation, Including: Construction Project, Executive Project, Building Permit Decision No. 3180/2019 Of 17.11.2019, Technical Specifications Of The Conditions For Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb), Works And Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. Based On Decision No. 3180/2019, The Employer Has Already Carried Out Works Related To The Implementation Of Central Heating And Hot Water Installations And Replacement Of The Sanitary Installation (Contract Of 26.05.2020), And In Addition, The Employer Carried Out Robots Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof And Chimneys Along With The Execution Of The Collective Antenna, Replacement Of Window Joinery In The Attic (Contract Of 26.08.2021), For Which The Works, Covered By The Above Two Contracts, The Employer Has A 60-Month Warranty/Warranty And For Mounted Devices- A Minimum Of 24 Months. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:- Renovation Of The Front Facade,- Insulation Of The Yard And Side Facade,- Replacement Of Window And Door Stool,- Insulation Of The Ceiling, Ventilation,- Cleaning Of Rooms And Common Parts At The Places Of Conducting Works- Export And Utilization. Buddy At Ul. Więckowskiego 21 In Wrocław Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Area Where The Work Will Be Carried Out Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Removal Sets The Minimum Required Warranty Period For Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract For 60 Months From The Day After The End Of The Final Acceptance Of The Works. Determining The Requirements For Employment Related To The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship: In Connection With The Application Of A Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor And Subcontractor Undertake To Employ During The Implementation Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, The Labor Code. Persons, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractor Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of The Abovementioned Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Include The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract.
