1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road 362625K Ul. Św. Dorota In Km From 0+ 015.00 To Km 0+ 247.70 In Nowy Targ, Commune Of The City Of Nowy Targ. Investment Co -Financed From The Government Road Development Fund. 2. Construction Works Include The Reconstruction Of The Road Surface, Pavement As Well As The Construction Of A Parallel Parking Bay, Roadside From Concrete Cubes And A Layer Of Gravel. 3. The Order Is Specified In Detail By The Design Documentation Developed By Mr. Msc. Piotr Kowalczyk Drogowa Engineering Studio Ul. Podhalańska 4/29, 34-400 Nowy Targ.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1/ Settlement Of Cost Estimate, With Price -Forming Components Given In The Present Procedure, In The Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual, The Final Settlement Will Take Place After The Execution Of The Order With The Price -Forming Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate.
