The Plot Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. Lxxi.1051.2023 Of The Zielona Góra City Council Of May 30, 2023 On The Amendment Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Northern Part Of The Lubuski Industrial And Technology Park In Zielona Góra. 4) Planned Building Parameters: Building Area 240 M2; Number Of Floors 2; Utility Area 216 M2.
