The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Slope Of A Residential Building Located On Plot No. 20/58 Located Within The Registration Area Of Jabłowo, Starogard Gdański Commune, Voivodeship Pomeranian. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 2.1 Subject Of The Order Was Described Thoroughly And Should Be Completed In Accordance With: 1) Technical Project, 2) An Architectural And Construction Project, 3) A Plot Development Project, 4) Attachments, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Schemes Constituting The Attachment To The Project, 5) A Pre-Work Of Works, 6) Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, 7) By Decision No. Ab.6740.12.130.2024.8) Recommendation Of The Conservator Of 08-05-2024) 9) By The Conservators Decision Of 24-09-2024 2.2 The General Outline Of The Work Also Includes The Execution Of Works Consisting In: 1) Execution Of Construction Works That Were Not Specified In The Documents Described In Paragraph 2.1, And Are Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, 2) Notifying All Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Bodies, Supervisory Authority, And Institutions Before Proceeding With Renovation Works, 3) Incurring All Costs Related To The Receipt Of Works, 4) Obtaining All The Necessary Documents Necessary For The Use Of Installations And Equipment Installed Or Listed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Provisions.
