1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works To Adapt The Building Of The District Court In Ostrów Wielkopolski At Ul. Sądowa 2 In The Field Of Fire Safety And Changes In The Functional System And The Function Of Parts Of The Rooms, As Well As Retrofitting The Building In The Air Conditioning Installation. 2. Wz.52840.368.1.2022.Mb And Technical Expertise Determining The Requirements Due To The Conditions Of Fire Safety For The District Court, Ul. In Order To Adapt The Building In The Field Of Fire Safety, The Building Is Necessary To Perform The Following Works:  Equipping All Escape Routes (Also Illuminated By Natural Light) With Emergency Evacuation Lighting With An Increased Lighting Intensity Of At Least 5Lx,  Equipment Of The Entire Building In The Fire Signaling System, Which Will Be Connected With The Place Of Permanent Supervision In The Building,  Fire Separation For 100 People On And Floor And Covering The Height Of The 2Nd Floor With The Walls With The Rei Class Of 120 Fire Resistance With Doors With A Class With Ei 60 Fire Resistance Without Separation As A Separate Fire Zone,  Division Into Fire Zones,  Covering The Entire Building With Coverage Of Internal Hydrants, 3. All Changes Related To The Functional System And Adaptation Works Of The Building To Fire Regulations Based On The Mentioned Expertise Apply Only To Internal Elements Of The Building And Do Not Go Outside The Building, Except For Works Related To The Construction Of A New Water Supply Connection. The Irregularities Occurring In The Building Qualify The Building As Threatening Peoples Lives And Justify The Need To Take Action To Adapt Fire Safety Conditions To Consistent With Special Acceptable Provisions, Including Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Applying Replacement Solutions, In Cases Where It Is Not Possible To Meet The Requirements Of The Provisions. 4.
