The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of Reconstruction. Świętokrzyska In Lublin On The Section From Ul. Karkonoska To Ul. Żywiecka And Authority Supervision. Reconstruction Of Ul. Świętokrzyska In Lublin Consists In Profiling The Road To The Required Transverse Decline By Milling The Surface, Regulation Of Technical Infrastructure. Arranging The Abrasive Layer Of Bituminous Pavement Made Of Asphalt Concrete. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Preparation Of Project Documentation Based On A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 1 To Swz). 2. Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Employer, Including The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge As Well As The Principles And Conditions Of Health And Safety. 3. Performing Authors Supervision Over Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation. The Concise Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program (Annex 1 To Swz).
