The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Development Of Project And Costing Documentation Together With Obtaining A Decision On The Building Permit For The Expansion Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Kozłów Biskupi Based On The Pfu.2. The Subject Of The Contract Covers: A) Developing A Complete Provisions Of The Draft And Cost Documentation For The Development Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Kozłów Biskupi Based On Pfu; B) Making Maps For Design Purposes; C) Obtaining A Water Permit From The State Water Farm- Polish Water; D) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Opinions; E) Location Of Public Purpose Investment.F) Obtaining An Environmental Decision Or Information On The Need To Carry Out An Environmental Impact Assessment. The Authority; I) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment Based On The Documentation; J) Consultations With The Employer At Each Stage Of Design Documentation Regarding Important Elements Affecting Costs; K) Execution Of A Bill Of Quantities; L) Implementation Of Investor Costs; 3. The Project Documentation Will Include: A) Map For Design Purposes; B) 6 Copies Of The Paper Version Of The Architectural And Construction Design Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, And Formal Permits In This Regard. In Particular, Submitting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party An Application For A Building Permit Decision Or Notification Of Works Not Requiring A Building Permit Depending On The Requirements And For The Needs Of The Contractor Of Construction Works In Pzp.C Mode) 5 Copies Of The Paper Version Of The Executive Projects And The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works And 2 Copies A List Of Materials And Devices, As Well As Other Documents, Studies, The Preparation Of Which Will Prove To Be Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And The Use Permit; D) 1 Copy In The Electronic Version On The Cd/Dvd In Pdf Format And The Editable Version Of All The Above -Mentioned Documents And Studies.
