1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service To Draw Up Inventory And Monitoring Methodologies For Selected Amphibians In Order To Assess The State Of The Population And Habitat On A Scale Of One Natura 2000 Area. The Main Objectives Of The Task Are: 1.1. Development Of Inventory And Monitoring Methods For Four Genres Of Amphibians - A Mountaine (Bombina Variegata), A Low -Bombs (Bombina Bombina), A Combs Tapestry (Triturus Cristatus), Carpathian Sheet (Lissotrriton Montandoni) 1.2. Developing A Database Of The Most Common Threats To The Abovementioned Amphibians, 1.3. Developing A List Of Dedicated Protective Tasks For The Abovementioned Ampaning Species. The Work Will Be Used Both To Order And Conduct An Inventory, Amphibian Monitoring, As Well As For Planning Protective Activities By Employees Of Gdoś And Rdoś. In Addition, They Are To Be Support For Employees Of Offices At The Stage Of Assessing The Investment In Natura 2000 Areas, Where The Subject Of Protection Are The Abovementioned Puras. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 3. Ordering Party - Based On Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act - It Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People Directed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship To Perform The Activities Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, Of 2024, Item 878, 1222).
