The Subject Of The Contract Is: Purchase Of Technical Support For The Tape Library For The Modern Technology Center Of The University Of Opole. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz.2. The Deadline For Launching Technical Support Is A Maximum Of Seven [7] Business Days From The Date Of The Contract. 3. The Deadline For Launching Technical Support Indicated In Point 2 Is The Maximum Term For Launching Technical Support. The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Period Of Launching Technical Support, But Not Shorter Than One [1] Business Day From The Date Of The Contract. Points 19.2.2. Swz Is Used. 4. The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Is The Day Designated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Point 20.2 Swz (Or In The Case Of The Conclusion Of The Contract In Electronic Form, The Day (Date) Of The Contractor, Through The Means Of Distance Communication, The Contract Signed By The Contracting Authority). 5.
