The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation Together With The Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled Program For Improving Safety Around Gdańsk Educational Institutions - Audit Edition 2023 Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Or Submitting Applications Allowing For Conducting Construction Works. The Project Provision Applies To The Investment, Which Will Be Implemented In The Six Locations Below: 1) Location No. 1 - Gdańsk Autonomous Primary School Ul. Osiek 11, 80-842 Gdańsk; 2) Location No. 2 - Primary School No. 1 Mariusz Zaruski In Gdańsk Ul. Gojawiczyńska 10, 80-286 Gdańsk; 3) Location No. 3 - Primary School No. 15 Dr Urszula Mroczkiewicz In Gdańsk Ul. The Scope Of Design Work Includes All The Work And Activities Necessary For The Performance Of The Task, In Particular: 1) Inventory Of The Area, 2) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes Together With Its Ongoing Update, 3) Preparing And Submitting Applications For Technical Conditions From Network Managers Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Conditions For Removing The Collision With The Designed Weapon Derogations), 4) Obtaining Technical Conditions, Design Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements Necessary To Approve The Construction Project, 5) Developing A Multi -Branch Construction Project, 6) Developing Executive Projects, 7) Developing Technical Projects, 8) Developing External Works, 9) Developing An Investor Cost Estimate, 10) Developing Technical Specification And Work Of Works, 11) An Investment Made On The Basis Of The Developed Documentation, 12) Performance Of Undisputed Design Studies And Related To The Requirements Of Opinions, But Not Not Exceeding The Subject Of The Contract, 13) Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions Enabling The Start Of Construction Works Depending On The Selected/Agreed Procedure - Permit For The Construction Or Notification Failure To Object, 14) Obtaining Excerpts And Outlets From The Land Register Valid As At The Date Of Transfer To The Employer, 15) Preparation And Submitting Applications And Materials Necessary To Obtain A Decision Of The Monument Conservator (If Required), 16) Preparation Of Materials And Conclusions For Obtaining A Water Law Consent (Water -Digging Together With The Application For A Permit) - If Necessary, 17) Preparation Applications And Materials Necessary To Obtain Other, Required Administrative Decisions, 18) Arrangements And External Opinions, 19) Other Materials And Output Data That The Contractor Considers To Be Necessary For Design, And Which Were Not Listed In This List. 3.
