1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Delivery Are Determined By: 1) Price Form - Annex 1.1 To Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1.1.A To Swz 3) The Planned Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract - Annex 2 To Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.2 Act. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. 3.
