1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Developing Technical Documentation For The Expansion Of Streets At The Odwiętne Housing Estate, I.E. Parkowa, Kmicica, Noakowskiego And A Section Of The Road Parallel To Ul. Noakowski From The Address Number Of Noakowskiego 3B To 4A And Obtaining A Decision On Building Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works. (Street Area For Design Presented On The View Map Constituting An Attachment To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). The Construction Of The Streets Should Be Designed On The Plots Owned By The City Of Płońsk With The Number Of Registration. Parkowa - 197/163, 197/162 And 197/66; Ul. Kmicica - 197/65, 197/124; Ul. Noakowskiego -197/25; Section Of The Street Parallel To Ul. Noakowski From The Address Number Of Noakowskiego 3B To 4A - 197/101. The Designed Streets Are Located In The Commune Of The City Of Płońsk, Płońsk Poviat, Masovian Voivodeship. 2. Designing Guidelines: 1) Designing The Structure And Surface Of Roads Made Of Dimensions And Colors Adapted To The Surface Of Progy Rolniczne Street, 2) Reconstruction And Construction Of Pavements - Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, 3) Design Of Parking And Parking Spaces, 4) Construction And Reconstruction Of Exits To The Property, 5) Designing The Rainwater Sewage System, Which It Should Be Attached To The Rain Collector In Ul. Agricultural Progress, 6) Designing Your Own Led Street Lighting Network, 7) Agreement With Energa Lighting For Dismantling Conditions For Energy Equipment, 8) Developing Green Areas In The Road Lane, 9) Designing Small Architecture, 10) Designing Solutions In The Field Of Removing All Collisions With Overwhelming And Underground Infrastructure, 11) Designing Vertical Marking And Horizontal (Development Of A Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization With Its Arrangement And Approval). The Higher Catalog Of Design Assumptions Is Open And Can Be Supplemented With Additional Elements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including Those Resulting From Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions, Decisions And Progress Of Design Work. Design Documentation In Terms Of Part Ul. Parkowa Should Be Agreed With The Mazowieckie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments With The Delegation In Ciechanów. The Contracting Authority Did Not Conduct Archaeological Research On The Investment Area.
