1. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Service Of Developing Project And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - Ul. Pułtuska In Płońsk On The Section From Ul. Cursed Soldiers To Ul. Targowa Together With Obtaining A Final Decision Building Permit Or Construction Notification. The Order Of The Contract Also Includes The Authors Supervision Service. Extective To Design: 1) Reconstruction Of The Structure And Road Surface - Bituminous Surface, 2) Reconstruction Of The Pavement On Both Sides Of The Street - Concrete Paving Stone Surface, 3) Designing Parking And Parking Spaces, 4). Street, 5) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System, 6) Construction And Reconstruction Of Exits To The Property, 7) Designing Solutions In The Field Of Removing All Collisions With Above -Ground And Underground Infrastructure, 8) Development Of Green Areas In The Road Lane, 9) Designing Small Architecture, 10) Construction Of A Technological Channel, If Required, 11) Design Vertical And Horizontal (Development Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project Along With Its Arrangement And Approval). The Higher Catalog Of Design Assumptions Is Open And Can Be Supplemented With Additional Elements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including Those Resulting From Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions, Decisions And Progress Of Project Work. 2.
