Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Medical Devices For Ophthalmological Procedures And Suction And Devices For The Davinci Robot For The Wsk-2 Pum In Szczecin.
Task No. 1: Tools For Ophthalmological Procedures Of The Number Of Products And The Description Of The Products Are Included In The Unit Price Form, The Contracting Authority Requires The Offer Of Medical Devices - Within The Meaning Of The Act On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws 2024.1620, As Amended), Hereinafter: Uowm, Placed On The Market And Use On The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Delivered Products Have A Guarantee Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Their Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Order A Smaller Amount Of Products, Except That Not Less Than 60% Of The Amount Given In The Unit Price Form.
