The Subject Of The Contract Are Services In The Field Of Draft Decisions On Building And Land Development Conditions Together With An Analysis Of The Area Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Executive Regulations For The Act - For Projects Located In The Commune Of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, With: It Is Determined By Way Of A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose, The Method Of Land Development And Building Conditions For Other Investments Are Determined By Way Of A Decision On Building Conditions. 2. The Expected Scope Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of: 460 Bodies Of Decisions On Building Conditions, 5 Pcs. Projects Of Public Purpose Decisions, 10 Pcs. Projects Of Changes In Decisions On Building Conditions And Public Purpose Decisions Requiring Re -Analysis. Number Of Studies. The Contractor Will Be Paid Remuneration For The Actual Scope Of Work. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Attachments: Annex 7 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract
