When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Employer Under Individual Parts, The Equipment Described In Individual Attachments: Part I Includes Three Tasks: Task 1 Purchase Equipment - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 7A And 7 B To Swzzadada Includes The Equipment Of The Nursery Room, The Offices Of The Director And The Room Of The Pram. Until Swzzzadaja 2 Includes Equipment For The Kindergarten Room And A Storage Room. Task 3: Equipping The Common Parts - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 7D To Swzzadaja Includes The Equipment Of The Kitchen, Corridor, Bathroom For Children And The Public Bathroom, A Cloakroom For Children, Social Rooms And A Specialist Room. The Order Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Equipment Together With Its Delivery And Installation In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority, I.E. Transport, Discharge, And Also Installation And Training Of Staff In The Field Of Equipment Service. Installation Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready -To -Use Equipment, Taking Into Account The Adaptation To The Rooms In Which It Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms (Assembly Will Consist In Particular In Setting Or Hanging, Leveling Individual Elements Of The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Contract). The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production, Have Relevant Certificates, Approvals, Approval For Sale And Use In The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Will Provide The Provided Equipment For The Warranty In The Dimension Specified By The Manufacturer, But Not Less Than 24 Months. Furniture, Accessories, Equipment - Must Fully Correspond To The Provisions And Standards Specified By Polish Law (Have A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard (Declaration Of Conformity Ce) In Terms Of The Safety Of Their Use, As Well As The Warranty Service And In Particular Their Use By Children. The Contracting Authority Recommends Making Detailed Measurements Of All Furniture And Equipment For The Household Appliances Of The Nursery Rooms To Avoid Any Differences Between The Dimensions The Actual Condition. Indicated Directly In The Tender Documentation Of Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other), Indirectly Identifying The Goods Or Directly Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Abovementioned Documentation. As Equivalent Solutions, It Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required, But In The Documentation.
