Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Execution, Delivery And Installation Of Free -Standing Furniture And Permanent Wall Furniture For The Needs Of The Cash Register And The Nck Shop

3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Performance, Delivery And Installation Of Free -Standing Furniture And Permanent Wall Furniture, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz And Design Documentation, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.3.2. The Order Includes Furniture Elements Indicated In Opz, Including Both Individual Furniture And Permanent Buildings, Which Are To Be Made In Accordance With The Architectural Design And Guidelines Contained In The Project Documentation. The Attachment Contains Throws, Views, Visualizations And Descriptions Of Individual Elements Constituting The Basis For The Performance Of The Order. 3.3. All Elements Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Electronic Devices, Technological Elements, Seats, Safes, Neon Lights, Inscriptions And Monitors, Although They Are Included In The Project Documentation - Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order. 3.4. All Work Must Be Carried Out With Due Diligence, While Maintaining High-Quality Finish, In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction And Furniture Art, Applicable Law And The Conditions Set Out In The Documentation. 3.5. Annex 7 To Swz Presents A Detailed List Of All Elements Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Along With References To The Relevant Pages Of The Project Documentation Constituting Annex 8 To Swz Containing Throws, Views And Descriptions Of Individual Furniture Components And Buildings. 3.6. The Offered And Supplied Materials And Light Points Must Be Factory New Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Fit For Proper Operation - In Accordance With The Functional Scope And Its Purpose, And Also Marked With The Ce Sign, They Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Declarations Of Compliance With Applicable Standards, Safety Certificates. 3.7. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work Accompanying The Delivery, Such As Transport And Insurance For Transport, Loading And Unloading, Bringing To The Rooms Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 3.8. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Liability In The Scope Covered By The Proposed Offer Also Includes: A) Organization, Security, Insurance And Development Of The Room In Which The Furniture Will Be Installed) Bringing The Room To The Proper State And Order After Completing The Work, Removing Waste To The Municipal Waste Landfill In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations) Maintaining Order During The Work And Systematic Ordering Of Work) Meetings And Meetings Appointed By The Employer In Order To Discuss Matters Related To The Implementation Of The Task
