Equivalent Solutions: 1) In The Event That In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Contracting Authority Specifies The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Own Names, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor/Manufacturer, If This Could Lead To Privileging Or Eliminating Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Offers Equivalent, 2) In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions, 3) Possible Names Used In The Contract Documentation That Indicate Or Could Be Associated With The Manufacturer Or Company, Do Not Intend To Prefer The Solution, But Have Technical, Technological Features No Worse Than Those Given In The Order Documentation. The Contracting Authority In The Case Of Offers Containing Equivalent Solutions Will Be Verified In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Of Individual Items Of Technical Requirements Contained In The Attachments To The Specification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Offered Devices Or Systems In The Offer. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Is The Contractors Responsibility. The Contracting Authority Will Not Recognize Equivalent Solutions If They Are Worse Than Those Indicated In The Attachments To The Minimum Quality Specification Of Qualitative, Functional, Technical And Technological Requirements, 4) Equivalent Solutions Proposed By The Contractor Must Have At Least The Same Or Better Parameters, At Least To The Extent Indicated By The Ordering Party And Do Not Reduce The Standards Specified By The Contracting Authority, 5) The Contractor That Offers Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That It Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer, I.E.
