Necessary To Print At Least 300,000 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand) Pages, Including At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) Color Pages Of A4 Format By Each Of The Devices, With 20% Of The Page Covering [I.E. 5% For Black (K) And 5% For Three Colors, I.E. Blue (C), Purple (M), Yellow (Y)] And At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) Black And White Pages Of A4 Format By Each Of The Devices, With A 5% Page Coverage, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Included In Annex 2 To Swz (Annex 1 To The Contract); And The Supply Of Consumables In The Form Of Toners And Containers For Used Toner Necessary To Print At Least 300,000 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand) Pages, Including At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) Of Color Pages Of Colorful A4 Format By Each Of The Devices, With 20% Of The Page Covered [I.E. 5% For Black (K) And 5% For Three Colors, I.E. Blue (C), Purple (M), Yellow (Y)] And At Least 150,000 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand) Black And White Pages Of A4 Format By Each Of The Devices, With A 5% Coverage Of The Page, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Included In Annex 2 To Swz (Annex No. 1 To The Contract), C), C), C) Permanent Service (Extended Warranty On The Scope Specified In § 3 Of The Draft Contract) Mfp Devices Described In Point 4.A) (Hereinafter Referred To As Devices) At The Place Of Their Use, Ensuring Trouble -Free Operation Of Devices, In Which In Particular: A) Repairs, B) Delivery Of A Replacement Device For The Time Of Removing The Defect, C) Periodic Inspections, D) Maintenance, E) Systematic Supply Of All Consumables, Also Other Than Those Listed In Point 4. A) And Spare Parts Necessary For The Efficient Operation Of A Given Device - According To The Standards And The Estimated Life Of The Life Of The Devices Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Devices (Excluding Parts Damaged Mechanically By The Employers Users), During The Period Of This Contract - Or To Perform The Limits Specified In Point 4. A) And Points 4. B), F) In The Event Of The Order To Replace The Parts Mechanically Damaged By The Employers Users, The Employer Will Buy Them From The Contractor At Prices Not Higher Than The Manufacturers Public Price Lists For This Type Of Device. Exchange Of The Above Parts Will Take Place As Part Of Constant Warranty Service Of A Given Device.
