A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - The Basic Purpose Of The Contract Is: 1) To Develop A Multi -Branch Comprehensive Design Documentation Together With All Necessary Decisions, All Required Conditions, All Arrangements, Opinions In Order To Obtain A Building Permit By The Contracting Authority.
