1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Supply Of Tools And Metal, Locksmith, Construction, Carpentry And Hydraulic Materials For The Renovation And Conservation Purposes Of The Catholic University Of Lublin John Paul Ii. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Valuation. 3. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Buy 60 % Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Purchase Of The Remaining 40 % Will Depend On Its Own Demand, Which Cannot Constitute A Basis For Claims By The Contractor Under The Unrealized Part Of The Contract. 4. The Total Amount Of Individual Types Of Assortment, Which Is Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Specified In Annex 1 To Swz. The Amount Of Goods Given Is An Estimate. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Amount Of Goods Or Resign From Some Products, Depending On The Needs Of The Catholic University Of Lublin John Paul Ii, Subject To Paragraph 3.5. The Supplied Assortment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have Approvals Required By Law, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law As Well As Did Not Contain Substances And Preparations With Carcinogens. Products Should Have Data Characteristics Cards And Should Be Delivered Together With The Goods. 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Quantitative Shifts Between The Assortment Items Contained In Annex 1 To Swz. 7. All Own Names Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Minimum Permissible Standard Of Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract. It Is Allowed To Present Equivalent Solutions In The Offer, I.E. Proposing Products That Have No Worse Qualitative, Performance, Utility Features, From Products Indicated By The Contracting Authority, With Values Not Worse Than Described In Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. 8. In The Event Of The Quality And Quantitative Defects Of The Supplied Goods Or Non -Compliance Of Delivery With The Assortment Specified Below, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Goods With A New, Free From Defects Or Supplementing Shortages In Delivery, At Its Own Cost And Risk, Within 3 Working Days From The Date Of Notification By The Contracting Authority .9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Deliveries With His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk, Based On Applications Made By The Catholic University Of Lublin John Paul Ii Through A Person Authorized To Contact. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Unload And Bring The Delivered Goods In Place Designated By The Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party. 10.
