The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supervision Of The Investment Referred To In Para. 1, Which Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract, Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Construction Law, In A Manner Consistent With The Contract Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Contractor Of Construction Works And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Draft Contract, Applicable Legal Provisions And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Scope Of Investor Supervision Covers The Entire Scope Of Construction Works, Works And Obligations Specified In Swz Regarding The Investment Task Referred To In Para. 1. Order Documentation, Including A Description Of The Investment Task (I.E. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works Covered By The Investors Supervision Service, The Requirements For Availability For Disabled Persons And Design For All Users, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Enforcement Provisions, Were Taken Into Account. 5.
