The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Performing The Current Situational And Severity Map For Design Purposes On A Scale Of 1: 500, 2) Developing The Concept Of Expanding The Provincial Road Ul. Niedomicka, Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, With A Bituminous Surface, On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Frosty To The City Limits, Which Will Take Into Account The Connection With The Road Developed In The Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 201275K Together With The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Related Layout Of Voivodship Road No. 973 As Part Of The Task Road Documentation - Bicycle Paths - Construction Of A Bicycle Path On The Section Of Niedomicka Street From School To Mroźna Street. The Concept Should Include: A) Situational And Severity Plan On A Minimum Scale Of 1: 500 Along With Intersections, With Basic Elements Of Traffic Organization And Road Development, Including Taking Into Account Pedestrian Crossings And Crossing For Cyclists Through Existing Roads And Traveling Under The A4 Motorway Viaduct, B) Description Of Road Solutions Taking Into Transitions And Crossings, C) Monitoring Of The Bicycle Path Along With The Possibility Of Counting Cyclists Located At: Ul. Frozna And In The Area Of The A-4 Motorway And Supply Of Fiber Optic And Power Network, D) Self-Service Bicycle Repair Station Located At: Ul. Frosty, E) Technological Channel, F) Lighting, G) Location Of Engineering Facilities (Culverts, Retaining Walls), H) Typical Cross-Sections, 3) Execution And/Or Acquisition On The Basis Of The Concept Approved By The Contracting Authority: A) Geotechnical Opinion In Order To Document Soil And Water Conditions Together With The Performance Of Geological Tests (In Places Agreed With The Ordering Party) For The Correct Development Of Documentation And Other According To The Needs Imposed At The Stage Of Arrangements And Giving Opinions On The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, B) Arrangements, Permits, Decisions, Opinions, Reports, Expertise, Conditions From Network Managers And From Zdik In Tarnów And Materials Necessary To Develop Project Documentation And Perform The Scope Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, C) Conditions From Gddkia And Agreement With The Gddkia Proposed Solutions Adopted In The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, D) Traffic Tests In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Traffic Measurements In Przekrój Ul.
