The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Delivery And Assembly Of Devices And The Implementation Of Teletechnical Installations Of The Video Monitoring System As Part Of The Task: Video Monitoring At The Nowiny Commune Center. 1. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Outer Wardrobe Ptcctv#1 With Equipment And Power Supply From The Existing Lighting Wardrobe Located At The Transformer Station At Ptcctv#3 And Introducing A Fiber: 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Ten Cameras With A Connection With The Wardrobe Ptcctv#1 Cable Installation; 3) External Wardrobe Ptcctv#3 With Equipment And Power The Existing Lighting Wardrobe Located At The Transformer Station And The Introduction Of A Fiber: 4) Delivery And Installation Of Eight Cameras Along With A Connection With The Ptcctv Wardrobe#3 Cable Installation: 5) Ptcctv#6 Outdoor Wardrobe With Equipment And Power Supply And Introduction To It A Fiber; Cable Installation: 7) Outer Wardrobe Ptcctv#7 With Equipment And Power Supply From The Connector Located At The Garages And The Introduction Of A Fiber To It; 8) Delivery And Assembly Of Ten Cameras Along With Connection With The Wardrobe Ptcctv#7 Cable Installation: 9) External Wardrobe Ptcctv#8 With Equipment And Power Supply From The Existing Connector At The Stage And Introduction To It Optical Fiber; 10) Delivery And Installation Of Three Cameras With A Connection With The Ptcctv Wardrobe#8 Cable Installation: 11) Research, Tests And System Launch; 12) Reproduction Of The Area After The Works Performed; 13) Conducting Training For The Ordering Personnel Of The Contracting Authority. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In: A) Project Documentation, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz, Containing: • Technical Design • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, B) The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Annex 11 To Swz. The Allocated The Allment Of Works Is Only Informative. After Reading The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result. 3. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards Used In Swz And In Attachments May Indicate Product Manufacturers Or Sources Of Their Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Specify The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, In Each Case, The Statement That The Description Or Feature Of The Product Described, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Are Understood By Those That Have Technical Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In Swz And/Or In The Attachments To Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate This Equivalence Of Standards Equivalent To Those
