The Subject Of The Contract, In Order To Implement The Construction Project Consisting In Modernization Of The Building/Bełchatów Ul. Wojska Polskiego 69, 97-400 Bełchatów Is: 1) Performing The Analysis Of Changes In The Existing Construction Project In Order To Adapt The Building To The Current Needs Of The Inspectorate, Taking Into Account The Applicable Technical Standards Of Zus, Including Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs; 2) Implementation Of Complete, Multi-Free Replacement Building Documentation: • Land Development Project, • Architectural Design, • Technical, Along With Obtaining A Final Decision Amending The Building Permit No. 165.2021 Of 22.02.2021 (In The Case Of Such A Requirement); 3) Executive Projects Together With Cost Estimate Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Receipt Of Works, Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Documentation Design, Technical Specifications For The Implementation Of Construction And The Construction Works, A Collective List Of Costs And A Functional And Utility Program; 4) Exercising Authors Supervision; The Documentation Prepared As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Contain All The Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements Required By Law, And Should Be Developed Based On Applicable Law And Norms, Internal Zus Standards, Instructions, Guidelines, Etc. And Meet The Requirements Of Legal Provisions Public Procurement
