Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Distribution Of Gas To The Buildings Of The Poviat Eldership In Limanowa

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel (High -Methane Gas Type E) Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law, Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel For The Needs Of The Ordering Party In The Period From 01.07.2025 To 30.06.2026 Installations Located In The Following Buildings (Pickup Places): 1) Poviat Eldership, Ul. Józefa Marek 9, 34-600 Limanowa, 2) Swimming Pool Limanowska, Ul. Zygmunta Augusta 37, 34-600 Limanowa, 3) Entrepreneurship Incubator, Ul. Fabryczna 1, 34-600 Limanowa. 2. The Total Expected Gas Fuel Consumption (For All Pick -Up Places) Is: 1 368 500 Kwh.3. The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumption (Total And For Individual Pickups, In Accordance With Annex 5 To Swz) May Differ From The Actual Consumption Of Gas Fuel During The Contract. This Amount Is Only An Indicative Character Used To Compare Submitted Offers And In No Case Is The Contracting Authority To Buy Gas In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims For The Contracting Authority Of The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Calculated According To The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer And The Amount Of Actual Gas Fuel Consumption In Individual Pickup Places. Settlements For The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Will Be Made On The Basis Of Indications Of The Measuring And Settlement System (Data Provided By The Distribution System Operator, Hereinafter Referred To As The Dso), Separately For Each Collection Site. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Contractor That He Will Collect At Least 75 % Of The Estimated Amount Of Gas Specified In Point 3.3. Swz.4. The Contractor Will Provide Gas Fuel In Accordance With Applicable Quality Standards For Recipient Service. 5. The Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Sales And Distribution Agreement For Gas Fuel And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Set Out By Energy Law And Executive Regulations To This Act. 6. The Cost Of The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of: 1) Fee For Consumption (Sale) Of Natural Gas, 2) Subscription Fee, 3) Fixed Distribution Fee, 4) Variable Distribution Fee. 7. The Contractors Duties Will Include Timely Performing All Actions And Arrangements From The Dso, Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller, Starting With The Submission Of A Osc On The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel. 8. The Employer Will Grant The Contractors To An Appropriate Power Of Attorney To Carry Out The Necessary Formalities So That It Is Possible To Effectively Conclude A New Contract Enabling The Start Of The Benefit Within The Time Limit Specified In Point 5 Of Swz.
