The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale And Delivery Of Office Materials In The Quantity And Assortment Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Which Is An Attachment To Swz. The Supplied Office Materials Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Rights Of Third Parties, Correspond To All Features Specified In The Opz And Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates In The Field Of Safety And Admission To Trade, If The Relevant Legal Provisions Require. The Contractor Is Obliged To Sell And Deliver Ordered Items To The Office Of Office Materials Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Opole Located At Ul. Oleska 95, At Its Own Expense And Within The Time Limit Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Reserves That During The Delivery Of Office Materials He May Request From The Contractor To Transfer A Copy Of The Product Characteristics Confirmed As Compliance With The Original.
