Tenders Are Invited For Group Training For Employees Of The Poviat Labor Office In Zgierz Under The Name: Act On The Labor Market And Employment Services - A Compendium Of Knowledge Of The Poviat Labor Office Employee

1. The Training Is Intended For 48 Employees Of The Poviat Labor Office In Zgierz. 2. The Purpose Of The Training Is To Acquire Knowledge By The Participants In The Scope Of Changes Introduced By The Act In Activities Implemented By Pups And The Skills Of Practical Application Of New Provisions Of The Act In The Performance Of Official Duties. 3. Order Processing Deadline: Between 27.05.2025 And 30.06.2025 4. Organization Of Training: 1) The Training Must Be Conducted For 4 Groups, Each Of Which Will Have No More Than 12 People.2) Classes Must Take Place On Business Days, Except On 20.06.2025. The Duration Of The Training Must Be 8 Didactic Hours Plus 3 Breaks, Each Lasting 15 Minutes. 3) For The Didactic Hour Of The Course, The Contracting Authority Understands 45 Clock Minutes. 4) Classes Should Start Not Earlier Than At 08.00, And End No Later Than At 15.00.5) The Training Will Take Place In The Conference Room Of The Poviat Labor Office In Zgierz, Ul. H. Baron 10.6) The Contractor Must Have A Teaching Staff With Experience In Conducting Training For Poviat Employment Offices In The Scope Of Applying The Provisions Of The Act On Employment Promotion And Labor Market Institutions. 5. Training Program: 1) The Training Will Take Place In The Form Of An Interactive Lecture, Using Forms Of Discussion, Case Study. 2) Thematic Issues Must Be Adapted To Individual Groups Of Participants After Prior Agreement With The Employer. 3) The Thematic Scope Of The Training Must Include The Issues Contained In The Act, In Particular Regarding: A) Registration, Unemployed And Job Seeking, Benefits For The Unemployed, B) Forms Of Assistance Directed To The Unemployed, Looking For Work And Unregistered People (Work Mediation Raising Qualifications, Subsidized Employment, Support For Employment Of People In A Special Situation, Supporting Entrepreneurship And Creating New Jobs, Support For Long -Term Unemployed, For People Up To 30 Years Of Age, Additional Forms Of Assistance, Activation Package, C) Of The Labor Fund, D) Individual Accounts And Keeping And Sharing Documentation In The Ict System, E) Transitional Provisions. 6. Each Participant Of The Training Must Receive Teaching Materials In Paper Form On The Day Of Training, Adequate To The Content Of The Classes (E.G. Script). 7. Each Participant Of The Training Must Also Receive A Schedule Of Classes And Non -Returnable Writing Materials, I.E. Notes And A Pen. 8. At The End Of The Training, The Contractor Must Conduct A Survey Among The Training Participants Assessing The Training And Transfer It To The Employer. 9. After Completing The Training, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue A Certificate For Each Participant Confirming The Completion Of The Training. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct A List Of Presence, A List Confirming The Receipt Of Teaching Materials And Catering Indicated In Point 11 Throughout The Duration Of The Name Training.
