The Supplied Assortment Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. 3) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of Delivery Be Provided By The Contractor Should Be: A) Factory New, Complete, Unregenerated; B) Deprived Of Physical And Legal Defects, And Not Having Traces Of Their Previous Use Or Damage, Not Exposed At Exhibitions Or Market Events; C) In The Field Of Computer Equipment - From Assembly From The Production Line - None Of The Delivery Line Can Be Refabulated; D) I.E.
