1. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Shall Be Made Of A Basic Order (Guaranteed Part) And An Order Covered By The Right Options (Part Covered By The Right Options). 2. The Subject Of The Basic Contract Is The Development Of Multi -Branch Project Documentation For The Task: Construction Of A Multi -Family Residential Housing Estate Together With The Necessary Infrastructure In Sztum On The Plot With Registration Number 279/214 And 279/235 Area Of 4 M. Sztum. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Basic Contract Includes, Among Others Design: 1) Three (3) Multi -Family Residential Buildings With Four (4) Above -Ground Floors With Elevators; 2) Internal Roads With Parking Spaces (Including For People With Disabilities); 3) Pedestrian Roads, Access Roads; 4) Solid Waste Collection Places; 5) Recreation Places In This Playground; 6) Small Architecture Facilities; 7) Furnished (High And Low); 8) Lighting Of The Area; 9) Terrain Monitoring; 10) Rainwater Sewage System Using, Among Others, Blue And Green Infrastructure; 11) All Necessary Connections To The Network And Technical Infrastructure (Including Sanitary Sewage System, Waterworks, Teletechnika, Energy, Heating Cords, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Renewable Energy); 12) Obtaining All The Necessary Conditions, Decisions, Opinions, Expertise, Arrangements And Checking Of Design Solutions, Studies Necessary To Obtain Administrative Decisions; 13) Obtaining A Final Building Permit; 14) Execution Of The Investment Stages Plan - With The Possibility Of Obtaining Separate Permits For Use. 15) Answering Inquiries For Tender Procedure For The Implementation Of Construction Works16) Duration Of Investment. 4. The Range Covered By The Right Of The Option Includes The Possibility Of Designing (Designing) Of An Additional Fourth (4) Multi -Family Residential Building With Four (4) Above -Ground Floors With Elevators - Provided That Financial Analysis And An Analysis Of Location Possibilities Made By The Contractor Will Show Its Implementation On The Investment, While Maintaining Normative Distances And Separate Provisions.
