1. Part 1: Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Pavement Along Poviat Road No. 1567 K At Km 11+220-12+540 In The Town Of Trzygorz, Korzenna2. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Including The Development Of Design Documentation Of Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 1567 K Nowy Sącz-Wojnarowa-Wilczyska At About 11+220-12+540 Consisting Of The Construction Of The Pavement With Dehydration, Expansion Of The Road To The Required Scope And Other Accompanying Works Resulting From Adopted Design Solutions. 3. The Developed Design Documentation Is To Be Used To Submit The Reports And/Or Obtain A Zrid Decision And To Conduct The Public Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) - Will Be A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works. 4. The Subject Of This Order Also Includes - In The Warranty Period For Defects And Guarantees Of Quality - Authors Supervision. 5. The Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 4A (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments) And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
