The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Including The Development Of Design Documentation For Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 1569K Korzenna - Krużlowa At Approx. 0+000 - 2+200 In Mm. Korzenna Consisting In The Construction Of A Pavement With Dehydration, Expansion Of The Road To The Required Scope And Other Accompanying Works Resulting From Adopted Project Solutions. 3. The Developed Project Documentation Is To Be Used To Submit The Reports And/Or Obtain A Zrid Decision And To Conduct The Public Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) - Will Be A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works. 4.
