Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out An Inspection Of The Field Implementation Of The Quantitative Examination Entitled National Study Of The Zsk Potential For Learning In Adulthood
The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Carrying Out An Audit Of Field Implementation Of A Quantitative Examination Entitled A Nationwide Study Of Zsk Potential For Learning In Adulthood Conducted On A Representative Sample Of The Inhabitants Of Poland (Aged 18-69). The Study Inspection Will Be Carried Out At The Request Of The Institute Of Educational Research-The National Research Institute (Ibe Pib) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Fers 01.08-Ip.05-0001/23 System Project Supporting The Further Development Of The Integrated Qualification System In Poland (Zsk6) The Main Study Uses A Two-Stage Selection. In The First Step, As Part Of Each Layer, The Village (With Returning) Of The Village Is Drawn In Proportion To Their Number Of Inhabitants Aged 18 To 69. In The Second Step, Each Of The Drawn Towns Is Drawn In A Simple Way, Without Returning, A Beam (No More Than 9 People). The Test Was Selected From The Pesel Report (Universal Electronic Population Record System). The Inspection Will Be Distributed Evenly In The Spatial Dimension. The Contractor Who Concluded With The Employer Contract For The Field Implementation Of The Quantitative Examination Entitled A Nationwide Study Of Zsk Potential For Learning In Adulthood Cannot Participate As A Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Contract On Control. The Contractors May Not Be Persons Or Entities In Relation To Which There Is A Conflict Of Interest.
