1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Developing The General Plan Referred To In Art. 13A - 13 Haps Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development, For The City Of Zgorzelec With An Area Of About 1600 Ha, Hereinafter Referred To As The General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec Together With The Preparation Of An Eco -Generographic Study, In Accordance With Resolution No. 34/2024 Of The Zgorzelec City Council Of 27 August 2024. On Joining The General Of The General City Of Zgorzelec And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of This Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) To Draw Up The General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec Containing In Particular: A) Determination Of Planning Zones; B) Determining The Municipal Urban Standards, Including The Municipal Catalog Of Planning Zones; C) Determining Areas Of Building Supplementation; 2) Preparing The Justification Of The General Plan Of The City Zgorzelec3). The City Of Zgorzelec, Enabling The Implementation Of The Obligation Resulting From Chapter 5B Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Planning And Spatial Development Of The Dispensing Urban Register; 4) Participation In Activities Consisting Of A Procedure For The Procedure For Preparing The General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec, Including In The Scope Of: A) Preparing A List Of Opinions And Arrangements With A Written Position In The Case The Way The Opinions And Arrangements Were Taken Into Account; B) Introducing Changes To The Draft General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec, Justification And Impact Forecasts Of The Multiplicity Of The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements Made; C) Drawing Up A List Of Applications Submitted To The Project Of The General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec Together With The Proposal Of Their Development And Substantive Justification; D) Conducting The Ordering Of Social Consultations With The Participation Whose Scope Will Include: - Collecting Comments To The Draft General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec; - Two Open Meetings Preceded By The Presentation Of The Project Of The General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec; - The Designers Duty At The Ordering Partys Headquarters - With A Length Set Out In Consultation With The Ordering Party; E) Preparing Proposals For Consideration Of Comments Submitted During The Social Consultation Of The Project Of The General Plan Of The General Plan Miastazgorzel Environmental Impact Resulting From The Arrangements Made; F) Re -Renewal To The Extent Of Arrangements Of The Project Of The General Plan Of The City Of Zgorzelec And The Introduction Of Changes In The Implementation Of This Plan, Justification And Environmental Impact Forecasts, Resulting From The Arrangements Made; G) Developing A Report Summarizing The Course Of Consultation, Containing In Particular The List Of Comments Submitted During Public Consultations And The Proposal Substantive Just
