The Order Includes The Purchase And Transport Of Aggregate Directly To The Section Of The Road Indicated By The Ordering Party/Forester And Its Unloading. The Minimum Amount Ordered During One Delivery Is 27 Tons. 3). The Net Unit Price (Pln For A Ton Of Aggregate) Will Be Constant Regardless Of The Distance Of The Material Delivery. 4). The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be The Administrative Area Of The Bytów Forest District. 5). Deliveries Should Take Place On Business Days From 7:00 To 15:00). The Supply Of Material Must Take Place Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form, But Not Longer Than Within 5 Business Days From The Moment The Order Is Transferred. The Delivery Date Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. 7). The Cost Of Transporting Materials And Their Unloading Directly To The Section Of The Road Indicated By The Ordering Party/Forester Lies With The Contractor.
