The Subject Of The Contract Is The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From Real Estate Located In The Rutki Commune Covered By Conclusions Submitted By Natural Persons In An Estimated Amount: About 331.02 Mg. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Packaging, Collection And Transport Of Asbestos Products From The Property To The Place Of Disposal, Unloading And Deposit Along With The Costs Of Disposal At The Landfill Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos, I.E. About 331.02 Mg, Stored On The Property, Specified In The List Of Real Estate, Which The Contractor Will Receive From The Contracting Authority After Signing The Contract, B) All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract (E.G. Securing The Place Of Collection, Settings Of Objects And Devices Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Securing The Existing Objects Against Their Damage And Others), The Contractor Performs On Its Own, C) The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Implementation Of The Contract The List Of Real Estate And The Schedule May Change, As The Amount Of Asbestos Waste Was Determined On The Basis Of Individual Reports From The Owners Of Real Estate From The Rutki Commune. D) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Scope Of The Material Of The Order Referred To Above, Because The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Determined In An Estimated Manner, E) The Material Scope Of The Contract Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Number Of Asbestos -Containing Products Received, Subject To Point 3.3. The Contractor Will Apply A Carrier With Valid Legalization To Perform The Task, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 11 May 2001 Law On Measures (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063) And Applied Executive Acts. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract With The Owners Of The Facilities Whose Data Will Be Transferred By The Employer, The Work Schedule Indicating Specific Dates Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To Individual Objects. The Work Schedule Should Be Provided Immediately To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Terms Of Receiving Asbestos -Containing Products Set By The Above Schedule. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Materials, Tools And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) To Weigh The Products Subject To Point 3, Containing Asbestos From Each Property Covered By The List With The Participation Of The Owner Of The Property And The Contracting Authority, After Notifying The Contracting Authority About The Day Of Waste Collection, B) Weighing Act, The Contractor Is Always Required To Write A Receipt Report Confirmed By The Signatures Of The Representative Of The Contractor Performing This Act, The Owner Two Copies: One For The Receiving Asbestos -Receiving Products To Transfer To The Contracting Authority, The Other For The O
