Spokojna In Polkowice And The Health Path According To The Following Guidelines: The Scope Of The Task Includes Emptying Containers At The Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Spokojna In Polkowice (Plots: No. 20/13 Precinct 1, No. 20/7 Precinct 1) And At The Health Path (Plot No. 517/1 Precinct 3), Including: 1) Lending 40 Pcs. Containers Made Of Hardenopal Material, Uniform, Aesthetic In Black With A Capacity Of Min. 1100 L For Mixed Waste And 5 Pcs. Containers With A Capacity Of 1100 L For Bio Waste (With Information Sticker For Bio Containers); 2) Transport And Transfer Of Waste For Municipal Waste Processing Installation; 3) Current Washing And Disinfection Of Containers - According To The Notification Of The Contracting Representative, Min. Once Time During The Contract. Changes In Gross Unit Remuneration. The Parties Determine That The Maximum Amount Of Increased Or Replacement Of Damaged Containers May Not Exceed 10 Items. The Above Provision Does Not Apply To The Situation Described In § 5 Para. 4 Point 5 In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
