The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Export And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos From The Property Located In The Jutrosin Commune, Co -Financed From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań. Asbestos-Containing Products Are Roofing Made Of Asbestos-Cement Wavy Plates. 2. The Service Will Be Provided On The Basis Of A Contract Concluded Between The Employer And The Contractor. 3. The Service Includes:- Waste Protection In Accordance With The Regulations (Packing),- Preparation Of Waste For Transport, Weighing With Loading,- Organizing The Place Of Service From Waste In A Way That Prevents It From Issuing Its Issue To The Environment,- Transport Of Collected Waste,- Transfer Of Waste To A Landfill With Appropriate Permission To Dispose Of Hazardous Waste. 4. Data On The Exact Location Of Products Containing Asbestos From Private Properties Will Be Given To The Contractors After Signing The Contract For The Performance Of The Task. 5. Waste Is Weighing Before Transport. The Contractor Will Notify About The Expected Date And Time Of Weighing The Ordering Party And The Owner/Property Manager Who Have The Right To Be Present During This Activity. The Contractor Enters The Weighing Result In The Record Cards And The Waste Transfer Card6. Loading And Transport Will Take Place Using The Contractor Vehicles, Taking Into Account The Need To Travel To Hard -To -Reach Places, E.G. Small Yards. 7. The Evidence Of The Waste From Each Property Will Be The Reception Protocol Of Asbestos -Containing Products, Confirmed By The Owner Of The Property - A Pattern Of Protocol Annex 10 To Swz And Submission Of The Final Protocol Neutralized Waste Formula Of The Final Protocol Annex 11 To Swz8. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos -Containing Products On The Property, In Accordance With The Conclusions Of The Property Owners, Is About 187.720 Mg From 33 Properties Located In The Jutrosin Commune. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order And Indicates That The Minimum Size Of The Parties Benefit, Which Will Be Commissioned By The Contractor On The Basis Of The Concluded Contract, Will Be Not Less Than 80% Of The Estimated Amount Of Products Containing Asbestos Forecast For Acceptance, I.E.: 150.176 Mg.
