Diesel Oil (On) In An Estimated Amount Of 600,000 Liters And 95 Unleaded Gasoline In An Estimated Amount Of 2500 Liters And An Adblue Dies Addrench Additive 350 Liters Using The Issued Wz Documents In A Non -Cash System. The Above -Mentioned Values Are The Forecasted Demand Of The Ordering Party During The Performance Of The Contract. Settlements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Quantity Actually Purchased By The Employer. 4.2 The Sale Of Fuels Will Be Made Mainly At The Contractors Gas Station Located In The Commune Of Kurzętnik Directly To The Tanks Of Vehicles (Tractors, Company Cars, Barrels, Garbage Trucks, Etc.) Belonging To The Contracting Authority Or To Canisters (Economic Equipment). The Contractor Will Allow The Contracting Authority To Refuel Fuels At The Contractors Petrol Stations Throughout The Country. 4.3 Note! To Calculate The Fuel Price, Prices From The Contractors Gas Station Located In The Kurzętnik Commune Should Be Adopted. 4.4 When Selling Fuel, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Discount Offered In The Offer, Charging It From The Price Of 1 Liter Of Fuel And Adblue From The Day Of Sale At The Gas Station. 4.5 The Supplied Fuels And Oils Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Relevant And Applicable Polish Standards And Regulations In This Respect. The Employer Informs That It Is Not Possible To Accurately Determine The Amount Of Fuel Sold And The Seasons On Which This Fuel Is Refueled. 4.8 Currently, The Contracting Authority Has 4 Trucks Up To 3.5 T, 5 Trucks Above 3.5T, 3 Agricultural Tractors, 2 Excavators, 2 Combustion Mowers, 2 Mowers Sprinkles, Snow Snow And Aggregates.
