Work Detail

1. The Subject Of This Proceeding Is The Provision Of The Service Preparation And Delivery Of Dinners For Participants Of The Care And Residential Center In Zarębach Kościelne. 2. The Order Will Be Carried Out 7 Days A Week From 01/05/2025 To 31/01/2026 For 6 People Per 24 -Hour Stay (I.E. 7 Days A Week From Monday To Sunday, Also On Non -Working Days And Holidays) And 18 People For Daily Stay (Breakfast And Dinner, On Working Days From Monday To Friday). 3. The Care And Residential Center In Zarębach Kościelne, After Agreeing With The Contractor, Will Have The Option Of Changing The Number Of Meals, The Centrum Will Inform The Contractor On An Ongoing Basis By 8:30 On The Day Of Order Processing By Phone Or Email. 4. Deliveries Will Be Made Once A Day From 12.30 - 13.00.5. Meals Referred To In Para. 2 Should Meet The Requirements Taking Into Account Caloric Demand And Nutritional Requirements For People With Disabilities. 6. Five Times A Week It Should Be A Meat Meal (With A Weight Of At Least 100G/Meat In Full) And Salad, Salad Or Other Addition. 7. The Dishes Should Be Easily Digestible, Prepared From High -Quality Raw Materials, Fresh, Natural, Not Processed With A Limited Amount Of Additional Substances - Thickening, Coloring Or Artificially Flavored. 8. In The Menu, Boiled, Baked And Stewed, Occasionally Fried, 9 Should Prevail. 9. Meals Should Be Delivered In Thermal Insulation Thermoses With Pzh Certificate Intended For Food Transport. 10. Meals Should Be Delivered To The Place To The Care And Residential Center Zarębach Kościelne At The Expense Of The Contractor. 11. Food Samples Will Be Taken And Stored By The Supplier In Accordance With Art. 72 Of The Act Of 25.08.2006 On The Safety Of Food And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 2021, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 17.04.2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Collective Closed -Type Nutrition Plants (Journal Of Laws Of 2007 No. 80 Item 545, As Amended) 12. The Monthly Menu Will Include Information On The Allergens In Accordance With The Regulation Of The European Parliament No. 1169/2011 Of 25 October 2011 On Providing Consumers With Information On Food And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of June 22, 2020 Amending The Regulation On The Marking Of Individual Types Of Foods (Journal Of Laws Of 2020 Item 1149). The Contractor Will Submit A Proposal For A Menu Covering The Monthly Food Range In Advance.
