1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Equipment Of A Professional Laboratory For Pupils And Schoolgirls Of The Secondary School Complex No. 1 Tadeusz Kościuszko In Tomaszów Mazowiecki, As Part Of The Project Entitled Keys To The Professional Future No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0021/23 Implemented As Part Of Priority 8. European Funds For Education And Personnel In Łódź, Measure 8.8 Vocational Education Of The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus.2. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Supplied Assortment Covering The Workshops Equipment Be Brought By The Contractor On The Day Of Delivery. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That Computer, Electronic Equipment As Well As Multimedia Programs And Software To Be Launched As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Launched On The Day Of Their Delivery And The Software Installed. The Employer Also Requires That The Supplied Assortment Covering The Workshops Equipment Be Comprehensively Installed By The Contractor On The Day Of Delivery. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine With The Employer The Day And Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Work Hours Of The Ordering Party. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract In Person And To Take Part In Its Unpacking To Determine Any Damage Or Shortages In Delivery. 6. The Goods Supplied By The Contractor, Which Will Be Not In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Shall Be Considered Missing. 7. In The Event That The Contractor Provided The Goods Damaged Or Not Delivered, He Is Obliged To Deliver It On His Own Expense On The Next Business Day To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 8. Each Element Of Delivery Under This Procedure Should Be Brand New, Have No Signs Of Use, Have An Original Packaging. 9. The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum Of 24 Months Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract. 9.1. The Period Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract Begins From The Date Of Signing The Incorrect Acceptance Protocol. 9.2. During The Quality Guarantee Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within Max. 7 Business Days From The Date Of Notification By The Contracting Authority Of The Fault/Failure. The Employer As A Repair Understands The Performance Of All Activities That Will Restore The Original Functionality Of The Equipment. In Detail, The Provisions Regarding The Quality Guarantee Are Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Annex 9.1 To Swz. 10. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In Annex 10 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Has Made Every Effort So That No Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Includes In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
