Tenders Are Invited For Services-Modification And Update Of The Egib Report In The Field Of Border Points, Land Use, Buildings (Along With Their Measurement In The Field) And Premises For The City Of Czarny Dunajec
1. The Subject Of The Contract Are The Following: Services - Modifications And Update Of Land And Building Records In The Field Of Border Points, Land, Buildings (Together With Their Measurement In The Field) And Premises And Adaptation To Compliance With Applicable Regulations For The City Of Czarny Dunajec.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: Services - Modifications And Update Of Land And Building Records In The Field Of Border Points, Land, Buildings (Together With Their Measurement In The Field) And Premises, And Adaptation To Compliance With Applicable Regulations For The City Of Czarny Dunajec, The Czarny Dunajec Registration Unit, By A Person With Geodetic Rights Specified In Art. 43 Points 1 And 2 Of The Act Of 17 May 1989 Geodetic And Cartographic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws 20124.1151). The Purpose Of The Work Is To Update And Improve The Quality Of Land And Building Records As Well As Adapt Existing Registration Data To Compliance With Geodetic Documentation In The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 44 And 45 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Construction Of 27 July 2011 On Land And Building Records. After Completing This Work, An Integrated Database Of Land And Building Records Will Be Created In Accordance With The Conceptual Model, Allowing For Keeping And Sharing Data In It Technology. All Work Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Conditions And Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up A Technical Survey Containing The Analysis Of The Documentation Used, Data From The Field, Lists Of Changes In Registration Data Allowing To Disclose The Changes In The Egb Database And The Land And Mortgage Registers And Land And Mortgage Registers And The Introduction Of Changes To The Egib Database. The Price Applies To Verification Of The Land Registration Report For The Entire Registration Area, The City Of Czarny Dunajec. The Number Of Plots Within: 18 277.
