Janusz Kusociński, Town Of Ząbkowice Śląskie - Modernization Of Sports Stands Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Order Regarding The Modernization Of The Municipal Stadium Stage Ii Is Marked On The Drainage Project In Purple And Constitutes An Attachment To The Project Documentation. 2. Based On The Functional And Utility Program Regarding The Expansion Of The Sauna And Recreation Team Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure At Ul. Janusz Kusocińskiego 17 In Ząbkowice Śląskie In The Design And Build System, Making A Complete Multi -Branch Documentation With Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit And Based On It, Performing Construction Works, Performing Technical Acceptance, Providing Warranty And Warranty In Accordance With The Contract Concluded With The Contracting Authority, On The Plot With Registration Number 13/4, Am - 6, M. Ząbkowice Śląskie. The Scope Of Expansion Of The Sauna Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Order. The Employer Withdraws From The Design And Implementation Of An External Pool Along With Its Technology Contained In The Functional And Utility Program. In The Location Of The Outer Pool, Interchangeably For Designing And Execution, The Green Area Constituting The Expansion Of The Relaxation Zone - To Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority. 3. The Order Also Includes The Purchase Of Delivery And Installation Of The Equipment Listed In The Attached Project Documentation To The Tender Procedure. 4. The Condition For Receiving The Order Is Obtaining A Permit To Use Modernized And Extensive Facilities Specified In Points 1 And 2.
