The Contractor Must Have A Supervision Inspector, Which Has: A) Building Qualifications To Manage Construction Works In A Construction And Construction Specialty Or Equivalent Building Qualifications, Which Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Issued Provisions. B) Experience In Construction Works Conducted At The Facilities Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Supervisor Of Supervision Should Have Construction Rights In Accordance With The Act Of 7 July 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Investment And Development Of 29.04.2019 On Vocational Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 831) Or Corresponding To The Valid Construction Rights, Which Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations. Pursuant To Art. 12A Of The Construction Law Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Referred To In Art. 12 Para. 1 Of The Act May Also Be Performed By Persons Whose Appropriate Professional Qualifications Have Been Recognized On The Principles Set Out In Separate Provisions. A Separate Regulation Is The Provisions Of The Act Of 22 December 2015 On The Principles Of Recognizing Professional Qualifications Acquired In The Member States Of The European Union (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 334). Contractors From Other Member States May Meet These Requirements With Equivalent Rights Obtained In Their Countries Of Origin.
