Tenders are invited for Baseline/Midline/Endline Survey: Provision of Consultancy Services for Conducting the above Surveys in Jinja District Rationale: Conduct the Baseline Survey to Establish Benchmark Information on All Protect Indicators, Midline Survey to Track Progress, And Endline Survey to Assess the Extent to Which the Project has Achieved its Planned Objectives, Outputs and Outcomes. And Identify Lessons for Future Projects The Services to be Provided Include: 1. Preparing an Inception Report that Includes a Refined Methodology, Tools, and Work Plan as Agreed on with Good Neighbors International Uganda in Discussions following Award of Contract. 2. Data Collection and Analysis. 3. Draft an End Line Evaluation Report that will be Shared with Good Neighbors International Uganda and Other Relevant Stakeholders For Mput/Feedback. 4. Final Report with Relevant Information Approved by Good Neighbors International Uganda in Electronic Copies 5. Raw Data Softcopies in Any Agreeable Statistical Packages. Intent must be Submitted Electronically (Soft Copies) and Hard Copies. Note: The Terms of Reference will be Provided to only Shortlisted Bidders upon Expression of Interest.
