The Aim Of The Assignment Is To Realize A Uniform And Qualitative Print Service, Whereby All Printers Of Drill Must Be Replaced Before The End Of 2025. The Requested Activities Of The Contractor Are: • Delivery And Implementation Of Printing Equipment (Printers, Multifunctionals And Repro Equipment); • Delivery And Implementation Of A Cloud-Based Print Management System; • Maintenance And Support On Hardware And Software Required For Providing Services; • Taking Care Of Printing Service That Continues To Connect To The Changing Environment Of The Client. The Client Intends To Ignore The Delivery And Installation Of Multifunctionals And Printers That Function Within The Current It Infrastructure Of The Schools In Question, Including Follow-Me System And The Maintenance Of These Machines And Software. The Delivery, Installation And Taking Care Of The Service And Maintenance Must Take Place In Accordance With The Program Of Requirements And The Technical Specifications (Separate Attachments). The Old Mfps Will Be Taken By The Current Supplier. This Means That It Is Not Necessary To Take Into Account The Intake Of The Old Mfps. In This European Tender, Boor Sets Requirements For The Scope, Equipment, Placement Policy, Security, Functionality And Standard Settings, After Which Reference Is Made To Appendix D - Program Of Requirements. The Subdivision According To Type Of Machines Is As Follows: • 187 A3 Colors Multifunctionals; • 126 A4 Colors Multifunctionals; • 15 A4 Mono Laser Printer; • 1 Colors Of Repromer; • 4 Mono Repromachines Print Volume The Print Volume In 2024 Was: • 17,452,476 Prints Mono And • 16,920,634 Print Color.
