The Successful Tenderer Must Be Capable Of Delivering Necessary Operational Hr Services, Including Hr Administrative Support, Strategic Hr Advice And Assistance In The Areas Of Hr Strategy, Organisational Development, And Have Competence To Deal With Statutory, Political, Governmental, Public Sector Matters And With Other Key Stakeholders.
