The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Under Assigned Are As Follows: A. Leasing Terms 1. Time & Place Of Delivery Of Vehicles: The Delivery Of All Vehicles Will Be Held Within Thirty -Five (35) Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract (Date Of Posting In Cem). In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Allocate The Vehicles Either To Its Central Facilities Or To Its Authorized Delegations Or Branches, Which Are In Geographical Proximity To The Local Competent Regional Authorities Of The Judicial Police. These Services Are Indicative Of The Appendix Viii. These Services, As Well As The Number Of Vehicles Per Geographical Area, Will Be Finalized By Decision Of The Head Of The Directorate Of The Judicial Police Within Five (5) Days Of The Commencement Of The Contract. Each Competent Regional Service Will Be Appointed A Representative, Who Will Go To The Point Of Delivery Indicated (Delegation Or Branch Of The Contractor) In Order To Receive The Vehicles At His Own Responsibility And In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract. 2. Leasing Duration: The Total Lease Duration Is Set At Thirty -Six (36) Months, Which Begin From The Date On Which The Contractor States In Writing To The Ministry That All Vehicles Are Ready -Made (In Any Case Within The Time Limit Of The Preceding Paragraph) And Expire With The Time Of 36. 3. The Mileage For 36 Months Per Vehicle Is Set At 45,000.00 Km Kilometers. The Monthly Rent Includes This Limit. 4. Extra Kilometer Charge: Each Kilometer Will Be Charged With 0.07 € Plus Vat. 5.
